Frederic Cohen, DVM

Dr. Fred Cohen is local, born and raised in Baltimore.  He graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984.  Dr. Cohen came to Westview Animal Hospital in June of 1984 and has been here since then.  He has served as hospital administrator since 1990 and became the owner of the hospital in 2001.  With new ownership, a major renovation to the appearance of the facility has occurred, as well as the constantly continuing effort to improve quality and services.  Dr. Cohen has special interests in veterinary dentistry, endocrinology, cardiology and ultrasound diagnostics.  Outside of work, he is an avid Ravens fan and reader of history.  His pets currently include two dogs, four cats and a pond full of fish.
